Taylor Ducks

Last year we took big step and left Brady to work in Taylor ISD. We are truly blessed because we were able to keep our home in Brady. We visit Brady frequently since my parents our here and Hector is from Menard.. I was so unsure about the move since Andre was starting Kindergarten, but he ended up having a a great year and an amazing teacher. Lana had a great year too. This was the first year she had to go to daycare, even though we were worried she enjoyed it. So when people ask I say we live in Brady and Austin. It was an awesome year!!

My baby girl!  She is almost 10 months old.  She almost has 6 teeth and started crawling at 9 months.  She will be walking soon.

I am really behind on posting. Andre turned 4 on June 8, 2011. These are just a few.

New Park!

We have a new park in Brady!! These pictures were from the construction phase. Since Hector is the swimming pool manager, we are always around the park area. Andre calls it the "Pool Park". The park is now complete and Andre loves going. The park also has a walking trail and an observation deck. I have a 5K route that includes the park trail. The hearts were spotted on one of our walks around the pool.

Andre loves to play tennis and now has the concept of how to hit the ball. He will be going to tennis camp this summer and I hope he enjoys it. The action shot is hard to see, but I wanted to share it. He got a new bike for Christmas and enjoys riding it around.

It has been a long time since I posted something, so I figured I should post some of his 3 year pictures. He did not want to take pictures that day. He told Melissa he was done after taking 4 pictures. He also told that I should take a picture and I told him that I did not have a pretty shirt on so he proceeded to tell me to go put one on. He is so funny!! I have some summer pictures that I will post later. Melissa Regeon has been taking Andre's pictures since he was 6 months old and we love her and her work.
